I’m the owner and lead graphic designer of SD Creative Services. While I’ve always found joy and fulfillment in exploring my creative side, I never knew it held the potential to be a lifelong career.

After graduating from Georgia Southern University, I began working in digital marketing. But without a creative outlet at my full-time job, I picked up calligraphy as a hobby and started selling my designs on Etsy. Over the next few years, I had various opportunities to design marketing materials for the business where I was employed, and through a lot of trial and error, I discovered a passion for storytelling through design.

Throughout my career in marketing, I sought out as many projects as possible to leverage my talents while leveraging a few side projects into a thriving freelance business. After 8 years in the digital marketing field with no fulfillment, I decided to make a career change. In 2024, I received a professional certification in Visual Communication & Design from Emory University and launched SD Creative Services. The rest is history! When I’m not working, you can find me with a Starbucks iced coffee in hand, painting, reading a book, spending time with my family, or cheering on the Atlanta Braves!
